Chia Seed Pudding
Makes 1
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2/3 cup almond milk (coconut or soy milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
Method:
- In a bowl - add chia seeds, almond milk and honey and stir well
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes
- Top with berries
Notes:
- You want a tapioca-like texture - if you refrigerate the pudding for too long it will set completely
